Jewels Mentorship Program
Our 28-week program includes sound biblical teachings and one on one mentorship. Each level is marked by a precious jewel, symbolizing the spiritual refinement and growth that will take place in the lives of the girls through the mentorship program.
Even if your daughter is joining later in her teen years, she’s still welcome in the mentorship program. While she may not complete every level, the time she does spend here will be meaningful, encouraging, and spiritually impactful. Just one year of intentional mentorship can leave a lasting imprint on her faith and future.
Year 1: Pearls – “Pillars of Purpose”
The pearl represents purity and the beginning of a beautiful transformation, much like the foundational stage of faith these girls are entering. “Pillars of Purpose” highlights building a strong, stable foundation rooted in understanding who God is, discovering their identity in Him, and learning to listen and obey His voice. This year sets the groundwork for a lifelong journey with Christ, helping girls become firm pillars in their faith and confident in their God-given purpose.
Year 4: Sapphires – “Spirit-Led Stewardship”
Sapphires signify wisdom and divine truth, perfectly symbolizing this stage where girls learn to live wisely under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. “Spirit-Led Stewardship” focuses on responsibly managing their gifts, relationships, time, and influence for God’s glory. This level challenges girls to lead with integrity, make Spirit-led decisions, and worship God through their whole lives.
Year 2: Emeralds – “Establishing Essentials”
Emeralds symbolize growth and renewal, reflecting this year’s focus on developing essential spiritual habits that sustain a vibrant faith. “Establishing Essentials” encourages girls to cultivate daily practices like prayer, Scripture reading, and embodying the fruit of the Spirit. This level nurtures their spiritual roots deeply in Christ, preparing them to grow strong and steady in God’s grace and knowledge.

Year 5: Diamonds – “Developing Disciplined Daughters”
Diamonds are the strongest and most brilliant gems, reflecting the maturity and strength girls gain as they complete their journey. “Developing Disciplined Daughters” celebrates their growth into confident, purpose-driven young women who live with self-control, lead by example, and shine brightly for Christ. This final level prepares them to mentor others and walk boldly in their God-ordained calling.
Year 3: Rubies – “Refined by Righteousness”
The bold and passionate ruby mirrors the refining process girls experience as they face challenges and learn to stand firm in their faith. “Refined by Righteousness” emphasizes developing courage, making holy choices, and embracing spiritual warfare with strength and determination. This year is about deepening commitment and living boldly for Christ, even when it’s difficult.
